I am a cognitive therapist with over a decade of experience in medical and outpatient behavioral health settings. I feel honored that so many people have trusted me with intimate details of their lives. Nothing gives me more joy than watching someone transform his or her suffering to workable goals that are achieved. I use a multisystem approach, taking into account all aspects of a person, including one’s physical, emotional, social, and relational health. Together we will identify and work toward reducing unwanted obstacles in your life. Not only is it possible to improve your quality of life with meaningful goals, but you can become your own therapist so that if symptoms or problems return, you’ll be confident that you can overcome them. I look forward to meeting you!
I am also passionate about health and integrated care psychology. This includes working on a team with healthcare providers to support both providers and patients. Provider burnout has been problematic for many years, but has only worsened since the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic. My hope is to offer a lifeline of support to those who serve our communities every day.
